At Northfield Foundry, our state-of-the-art melting facilities ensure we deliver top-quality castings tailored to your specifications. With recent upgrades and investments in new technology, we have enhanced both our capacity and efficiency to meet the demands of modern manufacturing industries.

Currently, we are capable of melting up to 20 tonnes gross per week, ensuring timely delivery for both small and large-scale projects.

Casting Weight

We accommodate a maximum gross casting weight of 1.6 tonnes, allowing us to handle a wide variety of projects.

Material Versatility

We produce all generic grades of cast iron, ranging from 180 to 300, and also offer high-quality SG iron grades to meet specialised requirements.

Advanced Furnace

Our electric induction furnace ensures consistent melting quality, energy efficiency, and minimal environmental impact. With two 750 furnace bodies onsite, we are equipped to handle projects of varying complexity.
